FELICIA LAYENI is an award-winning etiquette and image consultant. Certified by the prestigious American School of Protocol, she specializes in corporate and social etiquette, international protocol, crisis communications and cotillion curriculum development.

Ms. Layeni is founding director of the National School of Etiquette and Protocol (www.nationalschoolofetiquette), where key offerings are The Executive Finishing School, The Polished Professional and The Yellow Rose Junior Cotillion.

During her 21-year career, Ms. Layeni has presented seminars and briefings to international corporate and government executives, Fortune 500 companies, academia and numerous industry organizations. She is a much sought after speaker, having presented to organizations including PepsiCo Corporation, EDS Corporation, University of Memphis, Syracuse University, Baylor University, Texas Instruments, Raytheon, International Special Events Society, Girl Scouts of America, Women in Communications, Inc., Junior League of Collin County, Urban League of Onondaga County, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the WHF Women’s Club.

Mrs. Layeni is the author of the three-part books series, “The Ways of Ladies: An Etiquette Primer for the 21st Century.”
